Mixing languages

It is normal for children learning more than one language at the same time to have mixing word. Even monolingual children are having a moment where they use wrong word until they can understand the right. So, it is common for children with multilingualism to mix a word in another language. Therefore, this phenomenon is temporary and will be disappear at the age of four or five, since their understanding of words has gotten better.

 

Teaching multi language at the same time to young children has many benefits. Therefore, it is a big responsibility that needs extra effort to develop their understanding of several languages at once.
